Mama's Day ♚♡
I still remember back when I was in my kindergarten school, you always fix my hair with crazy ponytails and you prepare me from my head to my toe. I still remember when I was in Kinder 1. Maam Karen told me that I should be used to be left alone in the classroom and not accompanied by you. I remember back those days that you are sleeping in the corner of our classroom just because I dont want you to leave. The most horrifying moment for me is when you are telling me to write something on my notebook so that you may get the chance to sneak out of my classroom and then I'll notice that you are not there beside me then I'll cry out loud. When I was in Kinder 2, I was asked to take up my qualification exam in the pilot section of Grade 1. It was so hard taking the exam but when I finished, I went to you. You lift me up and you asked me what I want. Then, I said I want Chuckie (which was expensive that time hahaha) but still you bought it for me. Yes, I still remember that. Hahahaha! When I was in Grade 2, you spent 200 pesos for my project with so many effort. You spent many hours in the computer shop typing about my Hekasi project. I did nothing but seat next to you and annoy you that time. When I reached highschool, I always tell you that I will not study hard if you enroll me at BES. But it turned out to be perfect. I remember, we were walking to the store late at night, I was still in my BES uniform, then I told you "Ma, di masaya dun." and then you told me "Sa una lang yan." which is again true. That's when I believed that mothers' really know best. When I needed you, I remember you were cooking that time, then I just busted into the kitchen and pulled you out and cried to you. Mama, I dont know what to do if you weren't there. You are the main reason why I'm strong now. Because that's who you are and what you told me to be. I'm thankful that, that happened. I'm getting older but I want you to know that I will always be your little girl. Thank you Mama for being strong for us. Thank you for being there for us. Everytime that I walk up onto the stage, I know that the loudest clap is yours and I want you to know that everytime I'm on that floor, it's always for God and you. Thank you for being a mom not only to us three but also to my friends and classmates. Thank you for lifting us everytime we fall. Thank you for raising us into what and who we are now. I'm proud that I was raised well by you. Thank you for not tolerating my sins and thank you that you stayed with us. We were always pushing you to go abroad and work so that we can get more income but you always reject it. Now I understand. If I were you too, I wont do that. I idolize you Mama. You are the strongest person I know. You have a kind heart and a fierce soul and I don't know what to do with my life without you in it. God blessed me with a very beautiful mother. He is so kind to me and to Giea and to Kuya for giving us someone like you. No one can ever replace you my Mama. I love you forever. I love you always. Thank you Mama for encouraging my love for roadtrips. You know that I love roadtrips that you always tag me along to ride in your motorcycle. Thank you for buying me milk, kerrimo, DQ and clothes and stuffs that I really like. Thank you for giving me money everytime I need it. Thank you for the water, the electricity, the internet, the laptop, the cellphone, hahahaha! Thank you Mama! If I become a mother someday, I'll just look at you and I hope I'll be as good as you too. I love you Mama! Happy Mothers' Day! You deserve all the happiness in the world! If you have burdens in your heart, forget it. God loves us and it's just a challenge. Chin up and be strong. Just hold onto me, hold onto us and we will hold onto you. Thank you for everything. Thank you for your 15 years of care and love. I know there's forever because I know that you will love me longer than that. And I will love you too even longer than forever. I love you mama! Dont ever change. You are my hero! Happy Mothers' Day!
Love,
Gieline
