Roadtrip Diary

I experienced many changes among this trip. I learned many things that probably only this trip can teach me. I experienced plans changing every minute because of some unexpected happenings. One thing I learned about it is how many times you have prepared for something, if it's not suppose to happen, it will not happen. The real goal is to have fun and I think that is the most important thing and we achieved it although our 7-day trip was cut into 4 days. Our 18 members were decreased by two and two places in our itinerary (Vigan and Pagudpud) are canceled. We know God had plans on what happened (dont be too curious we're really okay :D). But as I said, we had the blast for that 4 days! It was really fun and tiring! Maybe one reason, too, is that we thought we can handle seven days of travelling but it was just the third night and  my whole body was in pain! It was our first time to have a long roadtrip and it was good for a first time. We promised that it will not be the last, that the road doesn't stop so are we. The roadtrip will not stop until we get to Vigan and Pagudpud!! Hahaha! But thank God we didn't meet any accidents on the way and we weren't really saddened about the cancellation of some things. In fact, we were really tired to be sad. Our energy was spent laughing every night and day. Our mornings start earlier than our Manila time. All you can hear in the morning are stories and laughter around the room (which is small and compact because we should stick together, after all, it's a family bonding) :D

My sister really pities me for still not accomplishing blogging about the roadtrip so I better get started. Hahaha! Here is the summer-ry of our fun and looong four days away from home;

Day 1 (05.30.15)
Day One is for Subic and Bataan! We left Manila past 6:00 in the morning. I was up already at 2:00am and I was making sandwich without any help for my supposed to be companions on sandwich making (kaway kaway kuya xeb, kuya and giea) haha! We reached Subic around 11:00am and it was very hot there. Hotter than Manila, I guess. We stopped over Subic Bay Freeport Zone and ate while they were looking for a transcent house to sleep for the night but we have to go a little south to Morong, Bataan. I was really worried because it was far from the route but when we reached Sunset Cove at Morong, all worries were taken away! The place was so beautiful and far from the expected! I loved the beach and after eight years, I experienced sea water again. Unfortunately, sad life, my skin is irritated to the sea water. Half sad because the water is really tempting. Half happy because now I have an excuse to not swim because I fear sharks (my other kuya JB is really ranting about sharks and it gives me creeps, too). One problem in the resort is there's no bars and WiFi but it was good for a night. The room is really perfect for us and the sleeping part is the fun part.

I love my innocent face here btw haha!

This girl's rejoicing because at last she gained some kg's! Look at that fat arms (and face)! Hahaha!

Sunset Cove is so wonderful! The sand tickles my feet for real, the water is really salty and my skin was nagbabalat twice as much than pool water. That was not so good.

Fun place! Too bad we're really tired for an island hopping but it was really fun! Sometimes, some things doesn't need to be complete to be fun. There's benefit in doubt.

Good to know that my kuya didn't take a video on me making my way through this rocks. I was really clumsy hahaha!

Day 2
Day Two is for Pangasinan and La Union! We left Bataan and headed to Our Lady of Manaog Church in Pangasinan. I was deciding among the outfits I brought but I found my shirt with "God's not dead. He is surely alive." on it. Since we are going to a church, I wore it and it was a bit big for me (which makes me look bigger or at least that's what I think haha). We ate at Kambak Resto and Grill for lunch and stayed the night to Hotel Almira in La Union.

On our way to the church.

Excuse the phone lump on my pants please haha!

That smile is something I can take as a happy smile! :D

Love my shirt! I was looking for a James 1:17 WHW because it's my life verse but there's none.

Love their interiors and exteriors. Vintage feels. Somehow I felt I'm in Vigan, atleast. Haha!

Day 3
Day Three is for a tour around the beautiful La Union and on our way to Baguio! Yay! La Union Capitol was really wow for me from the outside and much more from the inside. We were really laughing so loud (no pun intended) and no securities were asking us to keep quiet. In fact, they were smiling too because we're happy. La Union is such a beautiful, peaceful place. Too bad I didn't get to see their studded beach but there's always next time. Plus La Union Botanical Garden was so steep yet beautiful. People there, too, are so polite. Then we went up to the Summer Capital of the Philippines, Baguio, which is cold ans I loved it! I miss it, too! We went around Teacher's Camp then it started raining which was, according to the tour guide, very normal to Baguio to pour it's rain in the afternoon, so we headed home.

Day 4
Day Four was for a tour around Baguio. First stop was The Mansion. Then, Mines View Park where it was the first time for me to ride a horse especially a pink fancy haired little one. I was supposed to be outfit twinning with my twin of course but it was a day for twinning with the whole family with our family shirt. We also went to the Philippine Military Academy where my other grandpa was bitterly ranting about his father not letting him to go to that school hahaha! We reached Malolos around 9:00pm where they dropped us home. I was not ready huhu. I miss Manilaaaaa!

Cute horse which I forgot to ask the owner about the name! Ugh

Horsey know how to angle hmm

Customized family shirt
Black jeans (forgot where I bought it)
Coral city sneaks
Rayban aviator
and jacket given to me by my grandmom

I really hope we can do this again! I miss my family from Manila and all the fun we had while on the trip (it includes taking selfies with the monopod with no device in it haha!) My favorite part is always the sleeping and eating part. After every stuff we spend our energy on, it's best to replenish ofcourse. Haha! It was so fun and I'm so happy I get to visit places with my beloved family. I hope we can do this again next time and many many times coming. Thank You Lord for this amazing trip. Tommorow, they will be here again to spend Father's Day into my great grandfather's and I wish they are complete! Thank you for visiting! God bless xoxo

P.S: I was blogging this while letting the movie The Host stream. I'm watching it again! I need to regain my memory of it because this movie's good!

P.S. 2: Now, sister, pity me no more.
